11. 美國商品期貨交易委員會與美國證券交易委員會將 PF 表格合規(guī)期限延長至
2026 年 10 月 1 日（2025 年 9 月 17 日）
美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）與美國證券交易委員會（SEC）分別投
票決定，進一步延長投資顧問遵守 PF 表格修訂要求的日期。 PF 表格是特定私募
基金顧問使用的保密報告表格。
兩家監(jiān)管機構將合規(guī)日期延長至 2026 年 10 月 1 日。
PF 表格修正案于 2024 年 2 月通過，原定合規(guī)日期為 2025 年 3 月 12 日。該
合規(guī)日期此前已延長至 6 月 12 日，隨后又延至 10 月 1 日。本次進一步延期將為
完成總統(tǒng)備忘錄要求的 PF 表格實質性審查提供時間，并可采取包括提出新修正
案在內的進一步適當措施。
CFTC and SEC Extend Form PF Compliance Date to Oct. 1, 2026 (2025/9/17)
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange
Commission each voted to further extend the date for investment advisers to comply
with amendments to Form PF, the confidential reporting form used by certain private
fund advisers.
The Commissions extended the compliance date to Oct. 1, 2026.
The Form PF amendments were adopted in February 2024 and the original
compliance date was March 12, 2025. The compliance date was previously extended
